Which browser should be used?
This site has been designed to work with a wide range of browsers. You should have no problem viewing the site if you use Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or later) or Internet Explorer 4.01 (or later).

How do I download Adobe Acrobat Reader® to my computer?
Adobe Acrobat Reader® is a tool provided free of charge directly from www.adobe.com.  This application will allow you to view our full color informational brochures and allow you to print copies directly to your printer.  To download Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the Adobe link which is provided on each product page and follow the instructions from the Adobe Web Site.

Which screen resolution is best?
This site is best viewed at 800x600 screen resolution with the screen color depth set to at least 256 colors, preferably higher.

What modem speed is recommended?
We recommend an internet connection of 28.8 Kbps or faster to get the best from the site.

How do I tour the site?
By clicking on the menu buttons at the top of the site you will be able to visit the individual sections of the site. There are also many links throughout the site. To follow a link, click on the underlined text.

How do I print out pages?
Although printing from the web is acceptable, in most cases we highly recommended printing information from  inside Acrobat Reader.  This helper application spools directly to your printer drivers allowing for high quality printing.
