Symphony has earned acclaim for whiteness. This hybrid cauliflower features high quality, dense white heads and an erect plant habit with excellent inner wrapper leaves. Symphony is also very uniform at maturity, translating to fewer harvest passes and grower cost savings. It is well suited for Spring and Fall harvest periods in the Coastal California areas.

 


Shasta performs well for the Mexico processing industry, and has also performed well in the California Coastal and the Desert Southwest regions for Fresh market harvest. This cauliflower features dense, solid heads which are excellent for florets. It features a vigorous, upright plant with excellent inner wrapper leaves.

 


Cortes performs especially well in Summer harvests in the Salinas Valley . This cauliflower features smooth, dense, high-quality heads and has an erect plant habit with excellent inner wrapper leaves.
