Sweet Corn Order Instructions

Make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on your PC/Mac. If you need a copy, it can be downloaded and installed using the following link Adobe Reader.

Click on the Sweet Corn Order Form. This will open an editable form in your browser. Use your mouse to select the area on the form you need to enter values, such as:
   Quantity (Total is automatically Calculated)
   Address Information
   Credit Card Information

Print a copy of your completed order for your records by clicking on the PRINT button at the bottom of the form. This printed copy can also be mailed or faxed to the address or fax number at the top of the form.

If you would like to submit your form electronically, click on the EMAIL button at the bottom of the form. This should launch your email program and send the completed PDF form as an attachment to sweetcorn@seedsoulutions.com

If you order BC 0801, make sure you also print, complete, and fax a copy of the Attribute Grower Stewardship Agreement form as well.
